Abstract

Robot is a technology created as a tool for human as well as entertainment media with the aim of mambantu human work so it can be completed easily and quickly. The development of robots in the 21st century has been very rapidly growing especially the entertainment robot but not all entertainment robots that have an automatic system with intelligence system. In fact, on a disk thrower robot that still uses conventional systems to drop and place discs on target targets. This is because the distances are so high and different that makes the direction of erect discs erratic plus wind factor around the arena, different light intensity factors. So often eror and human error. Seeing from that hence creates an innovation to combine two method that is method conventionally and automatically so as to create a semi-automatic controlled robot that can be controlled by operator with automatic control aid at system determine distance and accuracy throwing disc to target with help of software and hardware connected to Cmucam 5 or often known webcam, because in this system the operator can control the robot freely with the help of the camera sensor because the sensors will determine the direction of the caliper according to the color of the ball that is placed differently. a robot thrower of this disc has the ability to detect and determine the speed, spacing and accuracy of discs based on color differences automatically more quickly and accurately than the conventional way. Making this robot using various components of the compiler arduino mega 2560, Cmucam 5 (Webcam), and motor brushles. where in each component has a role in the input, process and output. So we get the result that the blue-colored target ball with the brushle speed of 1150, the robotic velocity 75, and the angle of the 25º disc launcher board is appropriate. Keywords -
