Abstract
Nowadays, in the industry sector, there were many professions in contact with fingers in line with this phenomeon there were any risks caused by those professions, to prevent this problem bionic finger robot was developed. Bionic robot finger was a robot which had appearance like the hand of human, had 5 fingers as the real fingers. It was designed by set up five servo motors to move the 5 of fingers’ robot and 5 flex sensors in the gloves. If flex sensor in the gloves moved, the information would be sent to Arduino Uno to be processed and sent to servomotor. Bigger curvature we gave to the flex sensorbigger resistance value we got. Controlling of robot finger did by using Bluetooth HC-05 module. The voltage of these systems came out from power supply. The balance of design between mechanic and electronic was needed to give maximal performance.
