Abstract
The purpose of this research to identify and analyze whether Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return On Equity and Return On Investment partially and simultaneously effect to Debt to Equity Ratio at Hotel and Tourism Companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data that used was financial report and annual report from Hotel and Tourism Companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012 that were from www.idx.co.id website. The data that used is panel data. The analysis technique that used is the descriptive statistic analysis, data normality tests, classic assumsion test, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis test. The research variable are Current Ratio (X1), Cash Ratio (X2), Return On Equity (X3), and Return On Investment (X4) as independent variable and Debt to Equity Ratio (y) as dependent variable. The result of this research is Current Ratio and Cash Ratio partially does not effect to Debt to Equity Ratio. Return On Equity and Return On Investment partially have positive effect and significant to Debt to Equity Ratio. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Return On Equity and Return On Investment have positive effect and significant to Debt to Equity Ratio. This case show that Return On Equity and Return On Investment have a big influence to Debt to Equity Ratio.
