Abstract
The title of this final report is “effect analiysis of net income and operation cash flow of deviden policy at infrastucture sector company that were listing at Indonesia stock exchange”. This research purpose to know about the influence of independent variable that have significant influence to Deviden Payout Ratio (DPR). Data that used was financial report and annual report from Infrastructure Company, that were listing at Indonesia stock exchange since 2010 years until 2012 that were from www.idx.co.id website. The analysis method that used for this research is quantitative method, with deskriptif statistic test, classic assumsion test rand hypothesis test. The research variable are Earning Per Share ( ), and Operation Cash Flow ( ), us independent variable and Deviden Payout Ratio (Y) as dependent variable for 3 years. The result of this research is the two independent variable influence to Deviden Payout Ratio (DPR), and for parsial only one independent variable that is significant influence stock price is operating Operation Cash Flow (OCF). This case show that Earning Per Share (EPS) that is not significant influence to Deviden Payout Ratio (DPR).
