Abstract
This research aims to test the influence of good corporate governance structure of financial performance. Financial performance measured using roa, while structure good corporate governance determined by composition the board of commissioners and directors. managerial ownership in size with the percentage of shares owned by the managerial with total outstanding shares. samples in this research is the company's textiles and garments which are listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the period 2009-2013 and the sample used as many as 8 companies taken through purposive sampling. This sample selected based on certain criteria or by use purposive sampling. methods of analysis in research using multiple linear regression and simple program spss, This research result showed that board of commissioners, directors and ownership of managerial simultaneously did not influence significantly to financial performance.
