Abstract
Profitability Food and Beverage Manufacturing subsector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2010-2012. Barkah Nurahman, 2014 (xiv + 53 Pages) barkah.nurahman@yahoo.co.id This research aims to determine the effect of simultaneous partial and influence the management of fixed assets and Inventory Turnover on profitability. The study was conducted on a manufacturing company of food and beverage subsector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling to 11 companies from 16 population samples of existing companies. The data used are secondary data, ie financial statements 2010-2012. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website, which www.idx.co.id. Engineering analysis is performed to calculate the quantitative analysis of data using SPSS tool. The results of the analysis carried out showed that either simultaneously or partially fixed asset management and inventory turnover has no significant effect on profitability.
