Abstract
Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Return to stock on Food and Beverage Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2013 Iin Permatasari, 2014 (xiii + 50 Pages) iinpermatas@yahoo.com The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze if the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO),simultaneously and partially effect on stock returns food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population and samples in this study are the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. The data used is panel data. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) simultaneously positive and significant impact on stock returns. Meanwhile, if tested by partial Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) and a significant positive effect on stock returns, while the current ratio (CR) and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) had no significant effect on stock returns. Advice given is the management company should be able to manage assets and equity held better, as well as net sales must be balanced with cost efficiency. For further research is expected to expand the scope of research and adds research variables.
