Abstract
Calculate Analysis Of Income Tax 21 For Permanent Employees PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika Outlet Jambi. M Irvan Ramli, 2014 (xiii+41) Email: ipanramli248@yahoo.com The aim of final report is to know the calculation of employee tax (PPh) verse 21 to the employee of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika Outlet Jambi. The employee are person who get definite salary regulary. The calculation of PPh verse 21 for the employee is needed to know wether the company rules for the employee tax. In writing this final report, finally the writer used the list of personal employee datas, employee salary and payroll tax returns verse 21. The writer find the error that PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika Outlet Jambi did same error in calculation of PPh verse 21 cause error in multiplication of PTKP price to the employee that tax and error in calculation doesn’t have NPWP. This differences will influence for the lesspayment for PPh verse 21 and overpayment for PPh verse 21 to the company. So the company must give some rules to pay the rest of PPh of company in verse 21 and compensate for the overpayment to next period. Keywords: PPh verse 21, employee
