Abstract
The practice of General Practitioner Trisnawarman provides a health care with its main service is in the medical record. The process of medical record is still done manually, for instances: the use of paper for reporting the result of medical record and all the results are still saved in the storage cabinets. The system used in the process of this medical record are still in manual so that it needs a new system which integrates with an information technology in order that the medical record to be more effective and efficient. In this new system, the staff has to ask the patient to register first, then the doctor will directly examine and do the medical treatment to the patient. After that, the doctor could directly note the medical record using a smartphone. And then, after the medical treatment is done, the staff could manage the medical record through website with a Restful API as its communication architecture. Finally, this application can be applied by many doctors and make the doctors and the staff easier in doing their medical records.
