Abstract
Purpose of this study is to identify and analyze whether Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) simultaneously and partially effect to the stock price on the pharmaceutical companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population and sample in this study is the pharmaceutical companies financial statements listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used is the descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption test multiple linear regression tests and test hypotheses. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) simultaneously have positive effect and significant to stock price. Partially Current Ratio (CR) have positive effect and significant to stock price, Return On Asset (ROA) have negative effect and significant to stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) have positive effect and significant to stock price and Earnings Per Share (EPS) have positive effect and significant to stock price. Advice given is the management company should be able to manage assets and equity held better, as well as net sales must be balanced with cost efficiency. For next researcher are expected to develop the scope of the study and add variables of the study. Keywords: Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earnings Per Share, Stock Price.
