Abstract
This final report aims to know the condition of the alumni workforce from vocational education after the implementation of AEC (ASEAN Economic Community), the benefits of AEC application in labor field from vocational education, and the contribution of State Polytechnic of Sriwijayaespecially Business Administration Department Program Study Diploma III Business Administration in improving the quality of human resources. The data used in this study is primary and secondary data. The author used library research, documentation, and structured interviews in collecting the data. The technique of data analysis is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study showed that to face the AEC depends on the actions and attitudes of each individual because each individual is different. The average of 12 respondents' answers is very varied, especially regarding the benefits, the influence and importance of whether or not the application of the AEC. State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya as vocational education especially in the Department of Business Administration Program Study Diploma III Business Administration is accredited "A" has provided various facilities that support the improvement of the quality of alumni and students today is a form of contribution from the majors.
