Abstract
This Final Report discusses sales forecasting at PT Kirana Musi Persada for the next 3 years. The data that the authors obtain comes from the results of documentation and interviews. The Sales forecasting is done by using Trend projection method with least squares calculation. Sales forecasting is expected to be the basis for the company in controlling rubber production costs. The calculation of sales trends for the future show that there decrease in sales from 2018 to 2020 with an average percentage decrease is -3.6% every year. This can give negative impact on the company because if sales decreases income will decrease consecutively. To minimize the future, it is better to expand export destination countries such as America, China, EU, France, South Korea, Argentina and Turkey.
