Abstract

This final report aims to know how to making Beef Lasagna with Malbie Sauce and Opor Palembang Sauce as one of the Tourism Culinaries in Palembang, South Sumatera. The writer used R&D method modified by Sukmadinata. This method consists of three steps; they are (1) Preliminary Study, (2) The Development of the Product, (3) Final Testing. The result indicates that two products that are Lasagna with Malbie Sauce and Lasagna with Opor Palembang Sauce.
