Abstract

This final report studies about designing a booklet about Kemplang Panggang (Kemplang Tunu) as Palembang traditional food. The purpose of this final report is to give more information about Kemplang Panggang by using a booklet. The writer uses modification of Research and Development Method from Sukmadinata (2005) by preliminary study, model development and final product testing. In preliminary study, the writer described the result collecting data by literature study, field study and draft model. In model development, the writer asked some experts in limited testing and wider testing. In conclusion, there are some revision by the experts’ suggestion related the content, booklet design and linguistic of booklet draft. There are 19 pages including front and back cover in the booklet. The next writer is suggested to find the more related experts in booklet design in this report.
