Abstract

CALCULATING HEAT IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY COMBUSTION CHAMBER COMBUSTION PROCESS IN INFECTIOUS WASTE INCINERATOR ==================================================== Fitria Nurul Hikmah, 2014, 91Pages, 4Tables, 10 Images, 4 Appendix One response to infectious waste that is burning in the incinerator. Incineration is an infectious waste treatment process by burning at temperatures of more than 8000C. Inside there are two furnaces, incinerators are the primary combustion chamber is not a perfect place and a secondary combustion chamber where perfect. To reduce the required determination of infectious waste heat of combustion is controlled and high in primary and secondary chamber involving the influence of air pressure on the flame temperature generated in the incinerator. In a combustion technique, the success of a combustion system is influenced directly by the combustion process occurs and the characteristics of the combustion flame. The experiments were performed with mevariasikan air pressure on the blower (1.2 bar, 1.4 bar, 1.6 bar, 1.8 bar and 2.0 bar). The result of the calculation, that the total heat in the primary and secondary reaction chamber at a pressure of 1.2 bar is -3 551 kcal and -53 796 kcal, at a pressure of 1.4 bar is -3 655 -53 727 kcal and kcal, at a pressure of 1.6 bar is -53 705 and -3810 kcal, at a pressure of 1.8 bar is -53 301kcal and -4256 kcal, while the pressure is 2.0 bar and -4275 kcal and -53 289 kcal.
