Abstract
Balkis Susmiati, 2020, 46 pages, 6 picture, 1 chart, 8 tables) This final report aims to know how to make Red Velvet Cake using Red Dragon fruit. The writer used R&D method modified by Sukmadinata. This method consists of three steps, they are (1) Preliminary Study, (2) The Development of the Product, (3) Final Testing. The result indicated that the products is Red Velvet Cake using Red Dragon Fruit were accepted by consumers based on respondents’ opinion it is proved by the 98% percentage of taste, 88% percentage of texture, 91% percentage of color and 83% percentage of appearance of Red Velvet Cake using Red Dragon Fruit based on percentage result from 30 respondent. The conclusion was the product is Red Velvet Cake using Red Dragon Fruit were accepted by consumers based on respondent’s opinion. Therefore, further promotion is required to make this cake more widely recognized by the public.
