Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, dan Structural Capital Value Added terhadap Return on Assets pada perusahaan Rokok di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2020. Data diperoleh dari Annual Report yang diterbitkan di website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 5 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan, pemilihan sampel digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Value Added Capital Employed berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset, Value Added Human Capital yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Assets, dan Structural Capital Value Added tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Return on Asset. Secara simultan, variabel Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, dan Structural Capital Value Added berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji Koefisien Determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R square adalah sebesar 0,390 atau 39% menunjukkan bahwa 39% Return on Asset dapat dijelaskan oleh Value Added Capital Employed, Value Added Human Capital, dan Structural Capital Value Added sedangkan sisanya 61% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini
