Abstract
Laporan akhir ini membahas analisis perhitungan harga pokok produksi pada UMKM Roti A&W Palembang. Penulis melakukan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengamatan serta mendapatkan informasi tambahan dari internet. Dari data yang penulis peroleh, penulis menemukan permasasalahan yang ada pada UMKM Roti A&W Palembang, yaitu perusahaan belum tepat mengklasifikasi unsur-unsur harga pokok produksi, seperti biaya bahan baku tidak langsung. Perusahaan juga belum membebankan biaya penyusutan, biaya listrik dan air ke biaya overhead pabrik dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi Saran penulis, sebaiknya perusahaan mengklasifikasikan unsur-unsur harga pokok produksi dengan tepat, seperti biaya bahan baku tidak langsung, biaya penyusutan dan biaya listrik dan air dimasukkan ke biaya overhead pabrik Sehingga harga pokok produksi dapat di hitung secara optimal.
