Abstract

A project construction definitely has a waste, unfortunately that waste was useless, for example the waste of patching method that sometimes be ignored. Whereas most of these construction wastes can be reproduced in correct method. Most it are only used as a fill material at the shoulder of the road or just collected and stacked in a place and eventually abandoned. Pavement recycling technology is an alternative technology in road pavement construction and maintenance, that allow to reuse road pavement construction waste as materials for maintenance of road pavement construction. The aim of this research as a utilization solution of road pavement waste into a recycled asphalt concrete mixture. Asphalt mixture used in this study was Aspahlat Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) containing Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), fresh materials, asphalt Pen 60/70. The proportion of RAP used were 16,67%, 20%, 25%, 33,33%, 50%, 66,67%, 75%, 80%, and 83,33% of the total weight of aggregate. For each proportion, asphalt concentration used is OBC, OBC-1%, and OBC +1%. The results of Marshall mixture characteristics showed that RAP material can be used as the material forming the recycled asphalt mixture. Keywords: Recycle, Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,
