Abstract
The final report that entitled “ Planning of structure building showroom hall Suzuki on Jl.Kol.H.Burlian Palembang”.there is problem in the final report.it is how is the writer can decide structure dimension and project management from this building.the purpose of this planning is so that building and strong structure can be according to what due wish.when we do this planning we get data from documentation and analysis which using SNI 03-2847-2002 “list of structure calculating concrate to buld hall”.the rate of imposition Indonesia to hall 1983. Calculating of planning incude construction conist above planning of building include roof lisp,floor lisp,gate ,beam,column,while bottom building include sloof and foundation.For proect management incude specification plan and prerequirements (RKS),List of pay manpower,list of price material,NWP,barchart and curve S. Structre planning uses concrate quality Fc’ 30 Mpa and steel quality Fy 300,dimension size of printed column 40x60 cm with prime beam with size 35x60 cm,20x35 cm ,thick of roof metal.sheet is 12 cm and 60 cm with depth of pole foundation is 12m.Also we use steel frame work IWF is 300.300.15.15 Based on calculating ,the writer can onclude that to plan.data and picture completely also calculating must be accurate so that structure is safe and it can be do showroom Suzuki hall building on Jl.Kol.H.Burlian Palembang
