Abstract
The Planning of a building has to use a well-done calculation because of a requirement of a save, sturdy, stable and durable building This showroom’s structural planning is based on The Structural Design Guidance of Steel (SNI 03-1729-2002), The Structural Design Guidance of Reinforced Concrete (SNI 03-2847-2002), Indonesian Standard of Building Loads (PPUIG), and other books related to the structural design of steel and reinforced concrete. Based on the structural design, this construction is build by steel type IWF 350.175.7.11 and IWF 300.150.6,5.9, columns with the dimensions of 50 cm × 50 cm, beams with the dimensions of 30 cm × 60 cm and 25 cm × 50 cm, floor plate with the thickness of 120 mm and pile foundation with the dimensions of 30 cm × 30 cm and the depth of 14 m. Based on the calculations it can be concluded that this structure is safe, sturdy and stable.
