Abstract
Pulse counting is a digital pulse counting that can read the pulse number within bpm (bits per minute) with a measurement through the earlobe. Data processing is done by the microcontroller ATmega16, the result of the measurement is displayed in the form of writing on the LCD display 2 x 16. Which is still not able to PC. In this pulse tools can facilitate athletes to check their pulse and support the work of doctors in the field of detection pulse
