Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT Sahabat Tour Travel. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini apakah citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh signifikan Citra Perusahaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Terdapat pula populasi dan penelitian ini adalah PT. Sahabat Tour Travel, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Sahabat Tour Travel. Artinya bahan sampel menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis data, maka hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanggapan responden tentang Citra Perusahaan (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) dengan hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai sebesar 10,162 yang artinya citra perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan bernilai 0, maka nilai kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 10,162. Selain itu hasil Uji F diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dapat disimpulkan hipotesis diterima yang artinya citra Perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan seluruh variabel yaitu Perusahaan Citra dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Sahabat Tour Travel.
