Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem Aplikasi Perancangan Sistem Kearsipan Elektronik Berbasis Microsoft Accsess pada SD Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak Tata Usaha SD Negeri 1 Talang dalam membangun aplikasi yang memudahkan pengelolaan dan penyimpanan Arsip Surat pada SD Negeri 1 Talang. Laporan ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dan pengelolaan informasi yang diperoleh penulis melalui riset lapangan, wawan cara, studi kepuskataan dan Dokumentasi. Tahapan pengembangan sistem yaitu: Pertama analisis kebutuhan perangkat keras, kedua analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, ketiga rancangan sistem, keempat pembuatan sistem dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access dan kelima yaitu pengujian serta pengimplementasian sistem dengan cara memasukkan surat masuk dan keluar yang terdapat di Kantor SD Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa dan menjalankan aplikasi tersebut. Aplikasi ini memiliki tiga buah tampilan, yaitu form Laporan, form surat masuk dan keluar, laporan surat masuk serta laporan surat keluar. Aplikasi surat masuk dan keluar yang telah dirancang dapat membantu mempercepat pekerjaan pegawai urusan tata usaha dalam melakukan pencarian kembali surat. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah pencarian Arsip surat masuk maupun keluar melalui Access dengan efisien sehingga dapat mencari surat yang diperlukan secara cepat tepat dan akurat.
