Abstract

Laporan akhir ini berjudul “Prosedur Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pada Perusahaan PT Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu (BEST) Kawasan Tambang Batu Bara Tanjung Enim Menggunakan Aplikasi Wordpress”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Perusahaan PT Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu (BEST) dalam merancang sebuah sistem informasi menggunakan aplikasi Wordpress. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa data primer yaitu observasi dan wawancara serta data sekunder berupa sumber data pelengkap yang berfungsi melengkapi data yang diperlukan dari data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis maka didapatkan sebuah permasalahan yaitu belum tersedianya sistem informasi menggunakan website. Berdasarkan riset lapangan yang telah dilakukan bahwa sistem informasi pada Perusahaan PT Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu Kawasan Tambang Batubara Tanjung Enim masih menggunakan satu buah Flashdisk yang selalu bergantian dengan mahasiswa lain, data yang di berikan itu berupa Sejarah, Visi – misi, Logo dan data pendukung lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penulis membantu untuk merancang sebuah website yang berisi tentang beberapa informasi, seputar perusahaan PT Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu (BEST) Kawasan Tambang Batu Bara Tanjung Enim. Dengan adanya sistem informasi berbasis Website ini pihak perusahaan dapat mempermudah karyawan atau mahasiswa magang yang mengambil atau mencari suatu data perusahaan.
