Abstract
Hotel dianggap sebagai salah satu industri pariwisata yang sangat penting, dimana dalam menjalankan aktifitas bisnisnya, hotel sangat memperhatikan komponen yang ada dalam lingkup servicescape. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh servicescape terhadap minat kunjung kembali melalui kepuasan tamu sebagai variabel mediasi pada Rid’s Hotel. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 100 tamu hotel yang telah menginap di Rid’s Hotel Palembang, dan ditetapkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil kajian ini mengungkap bahwa servicescape dapat memicu kepuasan tamu, servicescape bepengaruh positif terhadap minat kunjung ulang, kepuasan tamu dapat memicu minat berkunjung ulang, serta servicescape berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat kunjung kembali melalui kepuasan tamu. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola hotel untuk berupaya meningkatkan minat tamu untuk dapat berkunjung kembali ke Rid’s Hotel Palembang.
