Abstract
Laporan Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi kredit macet dan strategi yang diterapkan kemitrabinaan angkasa pura II dalam mengatasi kredit bermasalah atau Non Performing Loan (NPL). Laporan ini ditulis dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data seperti riset lapangan, wawancara dan juga riset kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif mengenai proses upaya mengatasi kredit macet pada program kemitrabinaan di PT Angkasa Pura II Palembang. Hasil dari laporan ini kredit macet pada Program Kemitrabinaan di PT Angkasa Pura II meningkat dimana jumlah kredit macet ini selalumengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Cara mengatasi kredit macet dengan melakukann pembaharuan pemberian kredit macet 9 tahap dan melakukan penerapan penyelesaian kredit macet seperti melakukan rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring, dan metode kombinasi. Kesimpulan laporan ini adalah Perusahaan melakukan proses penyelesaian kredit macet yang dimana Perusahaan menyita jaminan jika nasabah masih tidak membayar hutangnya penyitaan barang, dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu: Penagihan secara langsung, Memberikan sanksi, Melakukan penyitaan jaminan.
