Abstract

Reward dan Punishment adalah salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Karena jika reward dan punishment diberikan dengan tepat maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Meski sudah menerapkan sistem reward dan punishment dilapangan menunjukan bahwa kinerja karyawan mengalami penurunan dan kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punishment secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Demang Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 37 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, yaitu dengan mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 37 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,843 > ttabel sebesar 2,032 dengan tingkat sig.t 0,008 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan. Punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,585 > ttabel sebesar 2,032 dengan tingkat sig.t 0,014 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan. Reward dan Punishment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 58.365 > Ftabel sebesar 3,28 dengan tingkat sig.f 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan.
