Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh citra bank, keamanan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile Banking pada BSI KC Palembang A Rivai. Jenis dan sumber data penelitian menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner dan google form. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi R². Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra bank, keamanan dan kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile Banking pada BSI KC Palembang A Rivai. Selain itu citra bank, keamanan dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile Banking pada BSI KC Palembang A Rivai. Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah pengguna BSI Mobile Banking adalah variabel keamanan dengan nilai dari analisis regresi linier berganda sebesar 0,662 lebih besar dari nilai variabel citra bank dan keamanan.
