Abstract

Kekerasan adalah suatu bentuk perilaku yang bertujuan untuk melukai seseorang secara fisik maupun psikologis. Banyak tindak kekerasan yang terjadi saat ini. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Sumatera Selatan adalah pengaduan terkait kekerasan memiliki kendala pengaduan dari masyarakat mulai dari takut lapor, adanya pembatasan, dan tidak tahu kemana akan melapor serta pengumpulan data secara manual atau kunjungan langsung yang menyebabkan pengumpulan dan penanganan pengaduan ini cenderung memakan waktu dan berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam tindakan yang diambil untuk melindungi korban kekerasan serta penyimpanan berkas kekerasan yang masih dalam bentuk hardcopy yang dapat mengakibatkan kehilangan maupun kerusakan data kekerasan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development sebagai pengembangan sistem dan metode Promethee sebagai metode pemecahan masalah. Penerapan metode ini bertujuan agar dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang tingkat kepentingan dan prioritas penanganan kasus kekerasan perempuan dan anak.
