Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak PT Golden Blossom Sumatera dalam memilih kepala mandor terbaik yang masih menggunakan cara manual dan sederhana. Melalui sistem ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah admin KTU (Kepala Tata Usaha) untuk menginput dan mengupdate kegiatan penilaian. Bukan hanya admin, melalui sistem ini juga diharapkan mampu mempermudah para mandor dan mill manager untuk melihat setiap pemeringkatan agar mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitasnya kinerja mandor. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dalam proses penilaian, diterapkan metode MOORA yang mampu menghasilkan keputusan yang terbaik dan beberapa alternatif yang di inputkan. Metode ini dapat menyaring alternatif terbaik karena Metode MOORA mampu menentukan tujuan berdasarkan kriteria yang bertentangan. Dengan pemodelan sistem yang dirancang dengan menggunakan perancangan terstruktur yang meliputi, diagram konteks, data flow diagram, flowchart, blockchart dan entity relationship diagram. Sistem ini memiliki hak akses dari berbagai tipe user/pengguna. Terdapat 3 (tiga) tipe User pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini, diantaranya admin KTU (Kepala Tata Usaha), mandor, dan mill manager. Sistem ini menghasilkan Output berupa pemeringkatan.
