Abstract
Sebagai pelayanan informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik salah satunya kerja praktik, khususnya di perhuruan tinggi. Dalam ruang lingkup kegiatan akademik pada jurusan manajemen infromatika politeknik negeri sriwijaya, media yang digunakan saat ini untuk membagikan informasi biasanya melalui broadcast Via Whatsapp ataupun menghadap langsung ke bagian loket administrasi jurusan yang sering kali membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapat informasi yang dibutuhkan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah aplikasi chatbot yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan nya secara pribadi (virtual assistant) seputar kerja praktik berbasis website yang di kelola ataupun di update oleh petugas bagian loket administrasi jika adanya perubahan dalam mengelola intent yang di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan instansi.
