Abstract

Saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin cepat, sehingga kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, akurat, dan tepat sangat penting. Dalam sebuah perusahaan, teknologi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam membantu proses kegiatan di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membangun Aplikasi Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Palembang Berbasis Web View yang berkaitan dengan tugas pekerjaan kedinasan. Saat ini, pembuatan surat perjalanan dinas masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Word, sehingga sistem menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, baik dari segi materi ataupun waktu. Oleh karena itu, Laporan Akhir ini dibuat untuk merancang suatu aplikasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas yang akan menghasilkan suatu sistem tepat waktu dan akurat. Aplikasi ini dibuat guna memudahkan para pegawai BKPSDM dalam pembuatan dan pelaporan surat perintah perjalanan dinas. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL.
