Abstract
Organisasi merupakan entitas yang penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat, namun pemantauan aktivitas organisasi secara efektif menjadi tantangan bagi DISKOMINFO. Metode K-Means dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan atribut tertentu. Metode prototype digunakan sebagai pendekatan desain interaksi untuk menciptakan skenario pengguna pada aplikasi mobile. Dalam penelitian ini, sebuah aplikasi mobile dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter agar anggota organisasi dapat melaporkan keaktifan mereka secara real-time. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk membantu pemantauan oleh DISKOMINFO. Evaluasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode K-Means dalam pengelompokan data organisasi berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan oleh DISKOMINFO Kota Palembang. Aplikasi mobile juga memberikan kemudahan bagi anggota organisasi dalam melaporkan keaktifannya.
