Abstract
Charles and keith, Perusahaan dagang retail merupakan perusahaan yang berorientasi pada keuntungan, menghadapi kendala dalam hasil pelaporan target pada setiap periode akuntansi. Memiliki permasalahan pengelolaan data Excel yang kurang efisien. Solusinya adalah “Implmentasi Aplikasi Metode Rought Set Dalam Memprediksi Achievment Charles And Keith Palembang Icon”. Tujuannya mengoptimalkan data perhitungan secara keseluruhan. Metode rought digunakan dalam studi kasus ini untuk mengoptimalkan sebuah achievment store berdasarkan beberapa faktor – faktor seperti target store, penjualan, stok barang, dan jumlah costumer untuk mencapai sebuah achievment store. Uji coba aplikasi membuktikan sistem berfungsi lebih efisien. Sistem juga memberikan beberapa faktor untuk melihat sebuah kondisi untuk mencapai sebuah achievment. Rekomendasi pengembangan untuk menambahkan beberapa faktor sebagai referensi pimpinan dalam menentukan perencanaan kedepannya.
