Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem Pemberian Reward berdasarkan penilaian kinerja berbasis site yang dapat membantu proses perhitungan antara yang menerima dan tidak menerima program tersebut. pada Aplikasi dalam Menentukan Reward Karyawan Berdasarkan Kriteria Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Connectra Utama Berbasis dengan Menggunakan Metode Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yang memberikan kemudahan untuk PT. Connectra Utama dalam menentukan penerima Reward dapat langsung melihat serta menerima laporan hasil penentuan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi acuan kedepannya ketika akan dilakukannya pengembangan kembali.
