Abstract

Saat ini pembangunan di sektor perekonomian mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa. Didukung dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin beragam. Salah satunya adalah kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal yaitu rumah. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan saat ini, bagaimana penjualan rumah dapat meningkat setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan prediksi untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan pasar dan keinginan dari konsumen itu sendiri. Sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan penjualan rumah di tahun mendatang. Dalam penelitian ini akan diuji data dari penjualan yang terjadi pada PT Mandiri Ultra Famili Ceria Palembang dengan menganalisis 3 faktor kriteria penting yaitu: Pekerjaan dari konsumen, Gaji/Pendapatan dan Jumlah Tanggungan dengan hasil keputusan berupa lokasi cabang perumahan. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan dalam pengujian kriteria yaitu: Rough Set dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Sistem perangkat lunak ini terdiri dari halaman register, halaman login, halaman dashboard, halaman data project, halaman data calon pembeli, halaman data pembelian, halaman data laporan dan halaman logout. Sistem ini dapat diaskes oleh admin penjualan dan Manager Marketing. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan 100 data penjualan perumahan pada PT. Mandiri Ultra Famili Ceria Palembang dengan penerapan metode algoritma Rough Set. Menghasilkan 22 buah rules dengan 10 Rules terbanyak berada pada cabang Graha Famili Ceria.
