Abstract
Algoritma Breadth First Search (BFS) merupakan suatu algoritma pencarian jalur atau rute yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam pencarian rute terpendek dengan cara pencarian secara melebar mencari semua simpul dari struktur data tree atau graph sampai menemukan titik tujuannya dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik. Kemudian metode BFS akan diimplementasikan lagi menggunakan metode Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) dalam penyelesaian pencarian rute terpendek penjemputan barang kiriman customer corporate atau konsumen korporat yang telah bekerjasama dengan PT Tiki JNE Cabang Palembang. Proses input dari aplikasi ini yaitu dengan memasukkan data lokasi menggunakan titik latitude (lintang) dan titik longitude (bujur). Kemudian sistem secara otomatis bergerak dari belakang layar mencari rute terpendek yang harus dilalui oleh kurir pickup untuk menjemput barang kiriman. Melalui penerapan algoritma BFS yang diimplementasikan lagi menggunakan metode TSP, aplikasi dapat dengan cepat dan akurat menemukan rute terpendek dari lokasi awal yaitu kantor PT Tiki JNE menuju ke lokasi alamat jemput pelanggan, sehingga meminimalkan waktu tempuh dan mengoptimalkan penjemputan barang.
