Abstract

Klinik Aulia Khalik Medika masih melakukan proses layanan secara manual.seperti pasien harus datang langsung ke klinik untuk melakukan pendaftaraan, yang menyebabkan antrian panjang. Pendataan pasien dan pencatatan rekam medis pasien juga masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan media tulis yang memakan waktu lama. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Layanan Kesehatan Pasien Pada Klinik Aulia Khalik Medika Berbasis Website ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan kesehatan pada klinik kepada pasien yang ingin melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan mempermudah manajemen klinik. Sistem ini terdiri dari lima entitas yaitu Admin, Dokter, Pasien, Farmasi dan Pimpinan Klinik, metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode prototype merupakan salah satu model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang ada di dalam model SDLC (Sequencial Development Life Cycle) dengan membuat diagram-diagram UML yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram sebagai tahapan perancangan sistem, dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai databasenya.
