Abstract

Monitoring kegiatan adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengawasi peserta magang di suatu perusahaan/instansi yang menerima peserta magang. Kegiatan magang ini dilakukan setiap hari oleh perusahaan/instansi yang menerima peserta magang. Banyaknya pekerjaan di Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah II Kota Palembang dan juga banyaknya agenda yang harus dilakukan oleh peserta magang di Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah II Kota Palembang, maka perlu dilakukannya pengawasan dan juga penilaian kepada peserta magang selama kurang lebih 3 bulan masa magang. Proses monitoring peserta magang di Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah II Kota Palembang belum menggunakan sistem yang membantu dalam memonitoring peserta magang. Maka dari itu, saya membuat sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pendataan kegiatan peserta magang serta membantu memudahkanpeserta magang dan pembimbing dalam memantau jalannya kegiatan magang selama kurang lebih 3 bulan.Proses yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, html, css, javascript dan database MySQL. Apliksi ini memiliki 3 (empat) tipe user pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini, diantaranya admin, pembimbing, dan peserta magang. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan output berupa laporan kegiatan berbentuk PDF yang bisa didownload atau dicetak oleh pegawai.
