Abstract

Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini bertujuan membuat Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai (PKP) Pada Pengadilan Militer I-04 Palembang Berbasis Website untuk menggantikan proses penilaian kinerja yang semula menggunakan microsoft excel lalu dicetak dan diberikan kepada atasan masing-masing untuk di tandatangani dan dikumpulkan kepada pihak kepegawaian untuk direkap hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Agar proses kegiatan tersebut lebih efektif dan tidak terjadi kendala maka dibangunlah sebuah Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai (PKP) Pada Pengadilan Militer I-04 Palembang Berbasis Website. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses perekapan laporan dan proses persetujuan dari atasan serta mengurangi terjadinya human error dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan metode pengembangan waterfall juga menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML diagram. Aplikasi ini memiliki hak akses dari berbagai tipe penggunanya/aktor. Terdapat 4 (empat) tipe pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini, diantaranya admin, pegawai, pejabat penilai, dan kadilmil. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan output berupa laporan rekapan penilaian kinerja pegawai berbentuk PDF.
