Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat “ Aplikasi Reservasi Tempat dan Order Menu Waroeng Steak & Shake Palembang Pada PT. Waroeng Steak Indonesia berbasis Website”. Dimana PT Waroeng Steak Indonesia Ini belum memliki aplikasi reservasi tempat dan order menu, keadaan ini menyulitkan para customer untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk saat ingin memesan makanan pada waroeng steak & shake. Dalam keadaan yang darurat customer memerlukan meja meja dan kursi saat restoran sedang penuh. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan customer mendapatkan tempat duduk tanpa harus datang langsung ke restoran dengan membuka aplikasi reservasi tempat dan order menu dengan cara registrasi terlebih dahulu, kemudian login dengan dengan mengisi username dan password yang telah dibuat saat melakukan registrasi. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah customer dengan mendapatkan meja dan kursi tanpa harus mengantri terlebih dahulu.
