Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat Aplikasi Monitoring Penghapusan Aset Tetap Tidak Beroperasi pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan Berbasis Website yang meliputi input data Berita Acara Penelitian Penarikan oleh Admin Akuntansi Unit Pelaksana, input data data Penetapan Penarikan dan data Data Usulan Penghapusan oleh Admin Akuntansi Kantor Induk, dan input data Data Surat Penarikan oleh Divisi Penghapusan Aset dan validasi data oleh Admin Akuntansi Kantor Induk dan Divisi Penghapusan Aset yang dimaksud untuk mempermudah pihak Admin Akuntansi Unit Pelaksana dan pihak Admin Akuntansi Kantor Induk dalam menginput data dan juga mempermudah proses pemantauan pada proses penghapusan Aset Tetap Tidak Beroperasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP serta database MySQL. Aplikasi ini memliki 3 (tiga) tipe pengguna diantaranya Admin Akuntansi Unit Pelaksana, Admin Akuntansi Kantor Induk, dan Divisi Penghapusan Aset dimana ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing-masing dapat melihat data yang diinput dan edit juga hapus data. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan Kinerja PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan terutama pada Bidang Akuntansi serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan dengan output berupa laporan data Aset Tetap Tidak Beroperasi yang dapat dicetak oleh Admin Akuntansi Kantor Induk dan Divisi Penghapusan Aset..
