Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Pasien Berbasis Website yang meliputi pendaftaran, sistem antrian, dan pendataan rekam medis pada Klinik Bersalin Bidan Sumartini yang ada di Kota Palembang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfalls. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis website ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Flowchart, Blockchart, Entity Realtionship Diagram dan Kamus Data. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Framework CodeIgniterl) dan basis data MySQL. Sistem ini memliki 3 (tiga) tipe pengguna diantaranya Pasien, Admin, dan Bidan dimana ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing-masing. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data kesehatan pasien, memasitika informasi medis yang akurat, dan efesiensi proses pelayanan di Klinik Bersalin Bidan Sumartini Kota Palembang.
