Abstract

Untuk menentukan Point Of Presence (POP) baru di setiap wilayah yang dilakukan oleh PT Indonesia Comnets Plus bagian Network Operation Center (NOC) dengan metode manual yakni mengamati secara langsung ke lapangan mengenai perhitungan nilai kriteria yang di lakukan secara actual pada lokasi tersebut. Berfungsi untuk mengetahui standar syarat ketentuan nilai kriteria yang bisa digunakan untuk tolak ukur apakah lokasi tersebut memenuhi standar pemasangan POP atau tidak. Melihat hal tersebut, perlu adanya suatu sistem pendukung berupa metode yang dapat mengefesiensi dan lebih efektif untuk digunakan dalam penentuan wilayah yang bisa di pasang POP baru pada lokasi tertentu. Dalam hal ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk menyajikan sebuah aplikasi inovatif yang dirancang khusus untuk Sistem Management Pengembangan Iconnet. Aplikasi berbasis website ini merupakan solusi dengan perpaduan teknologi mutakhir dengan kebutuhan sistem manajemen. Melalui implementasi aplikasi ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan ketepatan dalam pembangunan POP di setiap wilayah. Menggunakan metode MCDM dengan perhitungan Analytical Hierarki Process (AHP) dalam menentukan wilayah yang tepat untuk pembangunan POP pada PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+). Mekanisme proses pengambilan keputusan yang Mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya dapat membantu pengembangan Point Of Presence (POP) pada Iconnet. Pada Sistem aplikasi ini terdiri dari halaman home, halaman data kriteria, halaman data pengguna, halaman data survey dan halaman hasil perhitungan AHP. Aplikasi ini dapat diakses oleh admin, manager dan surveyor.
