Abstract

Cabang olahraga sepak bola di PT Pusri didirikan tahun 1998, bersamaan dengan pendirian BPOK PT Pusri. Sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini peneliti mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang bisa meningkatkan efektivitas dalam membantu pihak BPOK PT Pusri bersama dengan pelatih agar dapat mempersingkat waktu, dan tidak perlu melibatkan banyak pihak dalam menentukan keputusan pemilihan atlet potensial berdasarkan banyak kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Setelah dilakukannya proses pengujian pada Aplikasi Pemilihan Atlet Sepak Bola Potensial dengan menerapkan metode MOORA yang dirancang dan diimplementasikan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem RAD, dan dilakukannya pengujian black box listing berhasil dilakukan dengan tidak ditemukannya bagian item pengujian yang mengalami error. Proses Implementasi Aplikasi Pemilihan Atlet Potensial Pada BPOK PT Pusri Palembang Menggunakan Metode MOORA ini dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan memberikan hasil berupa sistem yang cukup layak untuk digunakan oleh pihak BPOK PT Pusri Palembang, terutama pada cabang olahraga sepak bola. Sistem ini terdiri dari 3 level pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi dan dapat melakukan berbagai hal yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan jobdesk masing-masing. Ketiga jabatan itu adalah admin, coach, dan atlet.
