Abstract

Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi monitoring SPTLB Pengembalian Pendahuluan yang dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam mengawasi dan memproses terlebih dahulu data yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan proses pengembalian kelebihan pembayaran pajak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data monitoring SPTLB Pengembalian Pendahuluan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model Prototype dalam mengembangkan sistem dan Algoritma K-Means Clustering sebagai metode pemecahan masalah. Melalui Algoritma K-Means Clustering, aplikasi akan mengklasterisasikan data monitoring untuk dikelompokan kedalam beberapa cluster berdasarkan kemiripan dari data-data tersebut. Dalam hal ini cluster yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 3 cluster, C1 untuk data yang tidak prioritas, C2 untuk data yang kurang prioritas, dan C3 untuk data yang prioritas.
