Abstract
The title of this final report is about the planning and calculation of the showroom building. Planning buildings with spand 32 m x 30 m in Soekarno Hatta street, Palembang. The purpose of this report is to plan a building that as showroom and office to serves Chevrolet consument. We plan and calculate the building was based on primary data and supporting data were analyzed using the formula of several books. Basic theory calculations using SNI-02-2847-2002 on concrete Calculation Table Gideon essay. Concrete structures for beams, columns and sloof. We use pile foudation using Tergazhi formula. Our results of the final report indicated that the office building is safe and feasible for use.
