Intersection is the location or area where two or more roads meet of cross/intersect. Junctions can be affected capability way to serve the volume of vehicles cause “disruption” to the frequent traffic at intersections so that the intersection should be designed in such a way, both of the geometric arrangement of the settings and control traffic light so that the movement of the traffic flow the junction can be controlled safety. Intersection includes Jalan Sei Rambang (North) – Jalan Way Hitam (South) – Jalan Inspektur Marzuki arah Man III (West) – Jalan Inspektur Marzuki arah SPBU (East) Palembang observed by the authors, particulary in the peak hours often experience congestion. After a survey of traffic volume, cycle time at peak hours and analyzing the data, the authors find that the result for 4 phases of 65 Seconds.
