Abstract

Control system and surveillance which reliable can support and accelerate operation arrangement also enable for executed maneuver electricity supply in automatic. One of the control system by using SCADA (Supervisory Control And Acquisition Data) and Fault Indicator as the surveillance that can notify disruption by way of RTU (Remote Terminal Unit). The final report investigates control system and surveillance in detects an interruption and execute maneuver electricity supply in automatic with SCADA at Kurma Feeder Boom Baru Substation and Murai Feeder Seduduk Putih Substation. Investigation is executed by calculation the capacitive current for setting current of Fault Indicator and also analysis of load and voltage for maneuver electricity supply process in automatic. Results of measurements and calculations are show that setting current which used for Fault Indicator in order to detect the fault current is 6 A at KPL Tembesu, 25 A at KPL I.159 and KPL I.029. With signal or indication of faults that shows by Fault indicator (Linetroll 110Eμr), maneuver electricity supply with SCADA can be executed to optimize Kurma Feeder. Keywords: Optimize Feeders, SCADA, Maneuver Electricity Supply, Fault Indicator, Capacitive Currents.
